Overview

Science is a part of our lives in the modern world regardless of what profession or path we choose.  The JLS Science Fair aims to encourage children to explore "the pleasure of finding things out" (paraphrasing the physicist Richard Feynman) - the joy and skill of which, will help them throughout their life. This year, the entire 7th grade will be participating.  Participation for 6th and 8th grade is optional.

The JLS Science Fair 2008 will be held on January 30th and 31st (Wed/Thur) 2008 in the JLS Cafetorium.

The JLS Science Fair would like to acknowledge the Synopsys Silicon Valley Science and Technology Outreach Foundation, the JLS Administration, JLS Science Teachers and the JLS PTA for their generous support of the Science Fair for 2007-2008.
